We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a formal response within 7 working days. Upon resolution, we will notify you by email or by phone. *Please note we accept e-CIB complaints from ICBC customers only. If you are not an ICBC customer, kindly contact your account bank for inquiries and complaints. *For non-ECIB complaints, please send email our complaint mailbox.
